2 yr. ago. My daughter got into Berkeley but was waitlisted at UCLA. She wants UCLA, naturally (we live in the Bay Area so cal is too close). Congrats to your daughter for getting into Berkeley! I was the other way around and was hoping to get into Berkeley (I live in LA county), but I'm honestly starting to think UCLA is a better fit for me.
